Outside

A few weeks ago we were outside playing in the usual rocks and dirt so I took a few pictures.(oh and driving in daddy's truck) He is getting so big! He still loves picking up the rocks and throwing them or digging in the dirt with his fingernails or even picking up bugs and worms! I need a little girl....... =)

Yankee Chair

I went to Babies R Us a few weeks ago and saw a Yankee chair on sale and couldn't pass it up. I got to the register and found out it was on sale for $44 or something close to that; well I had a coupon so it ended up being $34! Originally $80. =) Mattingly likes it. He discovered he can stand up on it and rock back and forth. It will only take one boo boo to figure out not to do that...

Cutie Patootie

I wanted to get Mattingly's pictures taken at Wal Mart since I have 5 free sheets there from the last time I went and they messed up my order. Well Mattingly cried. He didn't want me to leave him. The few pictures that were taken, he had a big tear in his eye. I was so annoyed with the girl taking them. I attempted to take some and here are 2 of them. I think I'm going to try it one more time next week at another place....

Booster seat

I thought it would be a great idea to start putting Mattingly in his booster seat to eat at the table. But I don't think it's quite time. Here and there I stick him in it but not all the time yet.

Nap time

His eyes are open a little in the 2nd one b/c he was waking up, but he fell asleep on the floor next to the barn he loves playing with, while I was at the grocery store!

Serena's 1st birthday

A few weeks ago we went to my friend Michelle's daughter's 1st bday party. Mattingly had fun flirting with the girls and playing ball. Later he discovered he could hide under the table b/c the tablecloths hung down low. He thought that was pretty funny. It was a Hello Kitty theme. She did a great job decorating, the cake was adorable and she even had goody bags for the kids. And of course Serena had a Hello Kitty shirt. Plenty more of those parties to attend....

Over abundance of ladybugs

Since the week before Halloween we've had ladybugs in our house. I found where they were coming in from and showed Mattingly so he likes to look out the window to watch or catch them. I put his stool next to the window so he'd be able to see a little better. From time to time he'll go over to the window to check them out.
